A spicy Jamaican-inspired salmon dish with bold flavors.

- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Optional: Lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix jerk seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the seasoning mixture onto the salmon fillet.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe pan over medium heat.
- Sear the salmon for 2 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra heat, add fresh chili peppers to the seasoning. Serve with rice and vegetables.
