Description

Delicious meatballs in a tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for appetizers or parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 can cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, egg, and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. Bake in the oven at 375°F for 20 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce; simmer.
  5. Add baked meatballs to the sauce and cook for another 10 minutes.
