- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup sweet corn kernels
- 1/2 pound green beans, trimmed
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then brush with olive oil.
- Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- While the steaks are grilling, boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and mash them with milk and butter until creamy.
