Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks (8 oz each)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup sweet corn kernels
  • 1/2 pound green beans, trimmed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then brush with olive oil.
  3. Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. While the steaks are grilling, boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
  5. Drain the potatoes and mash them with milk and butter until creamy.
  6. In a separate pot, boil the green beans for 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  7. Steam the sweet corn for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Serve the grilled steaks with a side of mashed potatoes, corn, and green beans.
