Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together pecans, coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar.
  3. Beat eggs and vanilla extract in a separate bowl, then stir into the dry mixture until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
