Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cooked white rice

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Layer the cooked rice in a bowl, top with grilled beef, carrot, cucumber, green onions, and sesame seeds.
