- 4 lamb chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Set aside.
- In the same pan, add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked rice, mixed vegetables, and soy sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Push the rice to one side and add the beaten egg, scrambling it into the rice.
- Serve the shrimp fried rice alongside the lamb chops.
