Ingredients

  • 4 lamb chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cooked rice, mixed vegetables, and soy sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Push the rice to one side and add the beaten egg, scrambling it into the rice.
  7. Serve the shrimp fried rice alongside the lamb chops.
