A quick and easy twist on chicken Parmesan turned into a grilled cheese sandwich for the ultimate comfort food experience.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Butter for grilling
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- On the non-buttered side of one slice, spread marinara sauce.
- Layer the chicken slices on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
- Top with the second bread slice, buttered side out.
- Grill in a pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
For a crispier version, use thicker bread slices. Pair with a side salad for a balanced meal.
