Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13×9-inch pan.
- Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Add eggs, lemon juice and zest; mix well.
- Pour over crust.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Cool completely.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
Notes
Store leftovers in refrigerator.
