Description

Tangy and creamy bars that are irresistible, perfect for a dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13×9-inch pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  4. Add eggs, lemon juice and zest; mix well.
  5. Pour over crust.
  6. Bake 25-30 minutes or until center is almost set.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Refrigerate 4 hours.

Notes

Store leftovers in refrigerator.
