For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and half of the minced garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining garlic and sautรฉ for 30 seconds. Add lemon juice, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until combined and creamy.
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions, then drain and add to the cream sauce. Toss to coat.
- Slice the cooked chicken and serve over the creamy bowtie pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley.
