For the Crust:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and half of the minced garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining garlic and sautรฉ for 30 seconds. Add lemon juice, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until combined and creamy.
  4. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions, then drain and add to the cream sauce. Toss to coat.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken and serve over the creamy bowtie pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley.
