For the Crust:

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest and juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sautรฉ for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and heavy cream. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
