A fragrant stir-fry with tender pieces of chicken infused with aromatic lemongrass and fresh vegetables.

For the Crust:
- 500g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and lemongrass, sautรฉ until fragrant.
- Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink. Stir in the onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until everything is well coated and cooked through.
