Description

A fragrant stir-fry with tender pieces of chicken infused with aromatic lemongrass and fresh vegetables.

For the Crust:

  • 500g chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and lemongrass, sautรฉ until fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink. Stir in the onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
  3. Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until everything is well coated and cooked through.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
