- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Chopped onions or pickles for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef.
- Spread the cooked beef evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese over the beef layer.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the beef and cheese layers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Add optional toppings if desired.
