Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake infused with caramel and chocolate chips, perfect for special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Fold in caramel sauce and chocolate chips. Pour over crust.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Use high-quality caramel sauce for the best flavor. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
