- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Fold in caramel sauce and chocolate chips. Pour over crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
