For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (163ยฐC). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool before topping with caramel sauce and sliced apples.
