Description

A no-bake Filipino dessert featuring layers of graham crackers, fresh mangoes, and creamy filling, perfect for a refreshing treat.


Ingredients

  • 200 grams graham crackers
  • 2 cups all-purpose cream, chilled
  • 1 can (300 ml) condensed milk
  • 4 ripe mangoes, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip the chilled all-purpose cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add condensed milk and vanilla extract to the whipped cream, and mix until well combined.
  3. In a rectangular dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  4. Spread a portion of the cream mixture over the graham crackers, then add a layer of sliced mangoes.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a cream and mango layer on top.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  7. Serve chilled.

Notes

For best results, use ripe and sweet mangoes. This dessert can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
