For the Crust:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mixed greens

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup and Dijon mustard. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and brush with the glaze.
- Bake the salmon for 20 minutes until cooked through. Meanwhile, toss the apple slices and mixed greens with olive oil and lemon juice. Serve the salmon with the salad on the side.
