A spicy and sweet roasted cauliflower dish, perfect as a side or appetizer.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss cauliflower florets in the mixture until well coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 30 minutes or until golden and tender, stirring halfway through.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
