Description

A flavorful Korean-inspired dish featuring tender beef marinated with gochujang and soy sauce, perfect for grilling or stir-frying.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 500g thinly sliced beef
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang paste
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine gochujang paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well to form a marinade.
  2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for enhanced flavor.
  3. Grill or stir-fry the marinated beef over medium heat until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Serve hot.
