For the Crust:

  • 1 lb lamb, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Add lamb slices and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the marinated lamb until browned and cooked through.
  3. Serve the lamb over bowls filled with fresh vegetables and drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
