- 1 pint cherry-sized mozzarella balls
- 1 jar (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mozzarella balls, artichoke hearts, and olives.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the oil mixture over the mozzarella, artichokes, and olives, ensuring everything is well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
- Stir occasionally. Serve chilled as an appetizer.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, ensure all ingredients are plant-based. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
