Description

A simple and flavorful appetizer made by marinating mozzarella balls, artichokes, and olives in a herb-infused oil.


Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry-sized mozzarella balls
  • 1 jar (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mozzarella balls, artichoke hearts, and olives.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the oil mixture over the mozzarella, artichokes, and olives, ensuring everything is well coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
  5. Stir occasionally. Serve chilled as an appetizer.
