Description
A delicious sweet and crunchy popcorn treat made with marshmallows and caramel.
Ingredients

- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
- Place popcorn in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Boil without stirring 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda.
- Pour over popcorn and marshmallows; toss to coat.
- Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Cool on waxed paper.

Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
