Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in bell pepper, spinach, olives, and oregano; cook for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
Notes
For a healthier option, use lean ground beef and add more vegetables.
