- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Filling:
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- For the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool slightly.
- For the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set. Let cool completely.
- Top with cherry pie filling and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For a festive touch, add sprinkles on top.
