- 1 lb skirt steak
- 8 tostada shells
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season the skirt steak with salt, pepper, and your choice of spices, then grill to desired doneness. Let rest before slicing thinly.
- Heat the refried beans until warm, then spread a layer on each tostada shell.
- Top each tostada with sliced carne asada, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes. Serve with your favorite salsa.
