A creamy and cheesy ravioli casserole that’s easy to make and perfect for family dinners.

- 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce, then dollop with half of the ricotta cheese and sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, ricotta, and cheeses, ending with the remaining meat sauce on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute the ground beef with mushrooms or spinach. This casserole can be assembled ahead and refrigerated overnight before baking.
