Description

These mini cannoli cups are a fun and easy way to enjoy the classic Italian dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Press wonton wrappers into the cups of a mini muffin tin.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 8 minutes. Let cool.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the cooled cups and top with mini chocolate chips.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
