Description

Delicious mini cheesecakes made with Oreo cookies, perfect for desserts.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, divided into 12 whole and 12 crushed
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (163ยฐC) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Place one whole Oreo cookie in the bottom of each liner.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream and fold in crushed Oreos.
  6. Spoon batter over cookies in liners and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Cool in tin, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
