For the Crust:
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup mint chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the package instructions and fold in crushed Oreo cookies and mint chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool.
- Top the cake with melted chocolate for the drip effect, allowing it to run down the sides. Let it set before serving.
