- For the filling: 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let cool.
- Melt chocolate chips and 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in chopped pecans and spread over the cooled crust.
- For the filling: Whip heavy cream, cocoa powder, and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the filling over the chocolate layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
