Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • For the filling: 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let cool.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  6. Stir in 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  7. Fold in chopped pecans and spread over the cooled crust.
  8. For the filling: Whip heavy cream, cocoa powder, and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  9. Spread the filling over the chocolate layer.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
