- 6 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and transfer to a baking dish.
- Mix in butter, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
- Top with shredded cheese and bacon bits.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
