- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- For the chocolate drizzle: 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
- Divide the batter into two bowls. Stir cocoa powder into one bowl to create chocolate batter.
- Alternate spoonfuls of vanilla and chocolate batter into the prepared pan to create a marble effect.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool.
- For the drizzle: Melt chocolate chips and cream in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
