Description

A cheesy and comforting casserole featuring tender chicken, spaghetti, and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

This casserole can be prepared ahead and refrigerated; just add 10 minutes to baking time if cold.
