- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
This casserole can be prepared ahead and refrigerated; just add 10 minutes to baking time if cold.
