Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill or pan-fry until cooked through.
  3. Shred or slice the cooked chicken.
  4. In a large skillet, combine cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, and barbecue sauce; heat through.
  5. Top with shredded cheese, bacon, tomatoes, and green onions.
  6. Cover and let cheese melt for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes
