- 1 lb bok choy, chopped

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add bok choy and soy sauce, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until bok choy is wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
