Description

A refreshing no-bake dessert featuring layers of graham cracker crust, cream cheese filling, bananas, pineapple, and whipped topping, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping and spread over the crust.
  3. Layer sliced bananas over the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread drained pineapple over the bananas.
  5. Add another layer of whipped topping over the pineapple.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and garnish with cherries. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

This cake must be refrigerated and is best served chilled. Use fresh bananas for the best flavor.
