- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 4 bananas, sliced
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping and spread over the crust.
- Layer sliced bananas over the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread drained pineapple over the bananas.
- Add another layer of whipped topping over the pineapple.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts and garnish with cherries. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
This cake must be refrigerated and is best served chilled. Use fresh bananas for the best flavor.
