- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and chill for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust.
- Layer sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, and sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For a healthier version, use low-fat cream cheese and fresh fruits. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
