Description

This no-bake banana split cheesecake is a creamy, fruity dessert featuring layers of cheesecake, bananas, pineapple, strawberries, and chocolate, topped with whipped cream and nuts for an easy, heavenly treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and chill for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust.
  4. Layer sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, and sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  6. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a healthier version, use low-fat cream cheese and fresh fruits. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
