A creamy no-bake cheesecake layered with caramel sauce and spiced apples.

For the Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup apples, peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in half of the caramel sauce, then spread over the crust.
- Mix diced apples with cinnamon and remaining caramel sauce. Spoon over the cream cheese mixture and refrigerate for 4 hours.
