Description

A creamy no-bake cheesecake layered with caramel sauce and spiced apples.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in half of the caramel sauce, then spread over the crust.
  3. Mix diced apples with cinnamon and remaining caramel sauce. Spoon over the cream cheese mixture and refrigerate for 4 hours.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
