- 2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate melting wafers
- Sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the crushed Butterfinger bars with the caramel sauce and cream cheese until well combined.
- Add vanilla extract and stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate wafers according to package instructions.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated, and place back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
