Description

A simple and delicious dessert that requires no baking. Perfect for chocolate and pastry cream lovers.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 packages of instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1 tub of Cool Whip
  • 1 box of graham crackers
  • 1 cup of chocolate frosting

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until it thickens. Fold in the Cool Whip.
  2. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, arrange a single layer of graham crackers. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
  3. Repeat layering with another layer of graham crackers, the remaining pudding mixture, and top with a final layer of graham crackers. Spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the graham crackers have softened and the flavors meld together.
