For the Crust:
- 2 packages of instant vanilla pudding
- 3 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 tub of Cool Whip
- 1 box of graham crackers
- 1 cup of chocolate frosting
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until it thickens. Fold in the Cool Whip.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, arrange a single layer of graham crackers. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
- Repeat layering with another layer of graham crackers, the remaining pudding mixture, and top with a final layer of graham crackers. Spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the graham crackers have softened and the flavors meld together.
