- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Topping:
- Whipped cream
- Orange slices for garnish
Instructions
- Crust preparation:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and orange zest in a bowl until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Filling preparation:
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with orange slices before serving.
