Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • Additional Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Before serving, top with additional crushed Oreo cookies.
