A creamy no-bake cheesecake made with Oreo cookies, perfect for a quick dessert.

- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- Additional Oreo cookies for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, top with additional crushed Oreo cookies.
Notes
For best results, chill overnight. This cheesecake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
