Description

A creamy no-bake cheesecake combining peanut butter, banana, and caramel for a decadent dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the base of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add peanut butter and mix well.
  5. Layer sliced bananas on the crust.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the bananas.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
  8. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
  9. Top with whipped cream before serving.
