Easy no-bake cookies featuring a sweet combination of pecans, coconut, and pralines.
Ingredients

- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in pecans, coconut, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto waxed paper or a silicone mat.
- Allow to cool and set for about 30 minutes before serving.
