- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, pecans, coconut, and oats.
- Drop mixture by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
- Allow to cool and set for 30 minutes.
