For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups whipped topping

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the crushed pineapple.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then top with whipped topping. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
