For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups whipped topping
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the crushed pineapple.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then top with whipped topping. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
