Description

A creamy no-bake cheesecake dessert featuring pineapple for a refreshing tropical twist.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Optional: Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in the drained crushed pineapple and whipped topping until evenly distributed.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Garnish with cherries before serving.

Notes

This dessert must be refrigerated for best results. It can be made ahead and stored for up to 3 days.
