- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Optional: Maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the drained crushed pineapple and whipped topping until evenly distributed.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Garnish with cherries before serving.
Notes
This dessert must be refrigerated for best results. It can be made ahead and stored for up to 3 days.
