For the Crust:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Nutella
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix flour and baking powder, then add Nutella, eggs, and milk; stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream over the cooled cake and top with sliced strawberries.
