Description

A classic homemade fudge recipe with rich chocolate flavor, perfect for holidays or special occasions.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9-inch square pan with foil and grease it lightly.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Once boiling, continue stirring for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.
  5. Add marshmallow creme, vanilla extract, and nuts; mix well.
  6. Pour into the prepared pan and let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. For a creamier texture, use high-quality chocolate.
