Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange zest
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the orange zest and salt.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until combined.
- Fold in the dried cranberries.
- Shape the dough into a log, wrap in plastic, and chill for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Slice the log into cookies and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
