For the Crust:
- 24 Oreo cookies, divided
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (160ยฐC). Crush 16 Oreo cookies and set aside.
- Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and crushed Oreos until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
- Pour mixture over the remaining whole cookies arranged at the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 30 minutes until the center is set.
