For the Crust:

  • 24 Oreo cookies, divided
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (160ยฐC). Crush 16 Oreo cookies and set aside.
  2. Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and crushed Oreos until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
  3. Pour mixture over the remaining whole cookies arranged at the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 30 minutes until the center is set.
